The Autumn Equinox in 2025, occurring around September 22 signifies a time of balance and transition, both astronomically and spiritually. It represents a cosmic equilibrium between day and night, mirroring the shift from summer's abundance to winter's dormancy. Spiritually, it's a time for introspection, gratitude, and preparing for the inward journey of winter.

The equinox's energy can be a catalyst for deeper connection with one's higher self and the divine, supporting spiritual evolution. 

It's a time to acknowledge and appreciate the fruits of one's efforts and the lessons learned throughout the year. 

The balance of light and darkness makes it an ideal time to set intentions for the coming months and align with personal goals.
