Some experience preferred but not necessary. This is a mixed level group with most participants having some connection with Spirit and Meditation already.
Rev Sheila teaches the class techniques on how to connect to you own guides and spirits and to practice and develop in a hands on environment. Please park behind the church and use the back door. Classes will be the 1st and 3rd and 5th Wednesday beginning Oct 2nd. (Oct 2, 16, 30, Nov 6, 20 December 4, 18th) at 7pm. Please share with those you may think are interested.

Each week there is sharing of best practices, a meditation and several hands on exercises to help you increase your connection to your guides, angels, loved ones in spirit as well as to your higher self. It is the goal that at the end of the 7 week program you will feel more comfortable giving messages from Spirit to people in the group. The exercises vary and some are small group, some large group an some individual exercises.
