Come join me as we release the old in a burning bowl ceremony and attract what you need for 2024 with a guided meditation and a wish paper ceremony.

We will do these ceremonies under candle light on yoga mats and cushions with some breath work and gentle stretching. Chairs will be provided to those that need it. Please bring your own mat or cushion. Also, please bring a journal or note pad.
